There is an entertainment system including a large television with satellite decoder, DVD, VCD, MP3, CD and a Play Station 2 with 9 games. There is a 5 speaker surround sound system installed.
Large Kitchen (40m2) with quality Kelebek kitchen and Bosch appliances. An elegant dining table with room for 10. Large sliding door opens onto a large balcony with views toward the ocean.

The villa is on quite a steep piece of land. It is about 60m in length and has a height difference of two floors. The property in front is three story's high and is lower than the end of our property so the view will never be blocked. There is no road to look over or be seen from and there are no telephone or power wires spoiling your view. You have amazing un-interrupted views from every room.
